Monday, Departed the mooring around 9:30 and with a short time arrived at Chalon en Champagne where after the canal lock is next to a beautiful “lake” with island and garden. Perfect place to stop for lunch.

Sunday with our new plans set, we left Reims around 10:30AM after a quick run to Carrfore (supermarket) and filling up the water tanks. We would do 7 locks to the Billy tunnel, and then 8 additional locks to Conde sur Marne.
