Crew Ready, Boat in spectacular shape, provisioned adequately, we set sail. First Stop, Little Palm Island. Coming in at low tide, and the Sunset dock being “hogged” by some big 100ft yacht!!, we were left with the Harbor side dock with depths of 5 ft. (our draft, 4’11”).
Sad to say, we spent our final days in Key West. (at least with our current planning). The Wednesday before we left, our wonderful Key West friends gathered at Dante’s and Schooners Wharf to share a good-bye beverage and maybe a laugh or two.
The coastal cruising continued with the crew of Denny, Scott, Charlie, Vicki, Jori, and Ken. A windy overnight was handled well by the teenage contingent of the crew.
